Scheduling

Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will help you make the most of your visit by recommending and scheduling the perfect salon experience for you. To receive priority booking, we recommend that you schedule your next service prior to leaving.

Gratuities

We feel that the decision to extend gratuity should be a result of the client experience, and left to the client's discretion. Gratuity envelopes will be given upon request at the front desk. Gratuities are not accepted on credit cards. Cash gratuities are welcomed. Personal checks are accepted for gratuities only.

Punctuality

To ensure enjoyment of a relaxing salon experience, please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your first scheduled service. This will allow time to update your Client Profile & relax before your appointment begins. You may also wish to shower prior to your massage treatment. If you arrive late, every attempt will be made to accommodate you, but time may not permit for you to enjoy your full service.

Reservation and Cancellation Policies

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request 24 hours notice. Less than 24 hours notice may result in a $25.00 cancellation charge. A “No Show” may result in not being able to re-book at Sundance Salon & Spa. Please know that the online booking does not allow for online cancellations if it is within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Please call the salon directly.

Group and Multiple Services

When booking group or multiple services, a 20% non-refundable deposit will be charged to your credit card. Forty-eight (48) hours prior to your appointments we will call to confirm.

Staff Selection/Changes

If you feel you would be more comfortable with or better served by a different team member - or if you would just like a fresh point of view - please let us know. Our staff functions as a team and we will be happy to accommodate you.

Prices

All prices are subject to change without notice.

Credit Cards

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Gratuities are not accepted on credit cards. Personal checks are accepted for gratuities, not services.

Gift Certificates

Sundance Salon & Spa Gift Cards are available by phone and at our reception desk. Unlike most items, a Sundance Gift Card cannot be returned once it has been purchased. They may be redeemed for products & services only; cash refunds will not be permitted.

Children

Children are welcome to receive services at Sundance Salon & Spa. However, if they are not receiving a service we ask that they not accompany you to the salon or spa.
