For respect of our stylists and other clients, please give a 48-hour cancellation notice. A non-refundable deposit is required for all first-time clients, as well as any appointment with multiple services, or if you have had to reschedule on multiple occasions. Deposits must be received 72 hours in advance, or the appointment will be canceled. If you have multiple services booked (i.e. haircut and color) and need to make a change to just a haircut or different service all together, advanced notice is required or you may be charged for the originally scheduled services.
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you and we appreciate you respecting and understanding that our stylists and service providers time is valuable.
