Yoga therapy with Jennifer Dionne, is a great way to ease tensions and strains from daily living by increasing range of motion, flexibility, improving posture, and enhancing peace of mind. Yoga therapy also assists in healing injuries.
Individual based yoga sequences are created for your personal alignment and movement, with postures and modifications that assist in comfort of practice and prepare for a yoga class without injury. Helping find your body’s boundaries and physical limitations is important, while enabling you to identify tricky areas before they become a problem area or injury. Accepting where your body is now and being curious about exploring the edges of tightness, stiffness, or pain allows you to know your body’s boundaries. Practicing postures and sequences that are within your personal range allows you to open into the full expression your individual body can handle. The ancient practice of yoga offers a way to connect the mind, body, and spirit as one. By integrating all three, Yoga therapy creates a more balanced, centered being.
