Stephanie vardal

Stephanie Vardal is a Herbalife health coach and a Reiki practitioner.  Stephanie’s personal journey into mind, body and soul transformation started over 6 years ago. 
By transforming her physical body, she healed herself mindfully, spiritually, and physically. In doing so, lead her to her passion to guide and empower others to transform their life and become the best version of themselves. 
 
From a young age, Stephanie realized her God given gifts of being an empath, Intuitive and light worker.  She has always had a strong inner pull to help others and has come to recognize it as her true calling in life. She is deeply dedicated to helping others on their journey, as well as guiding them to recognize their true-life path. 
 
Stephanie has been a health coach guiding clients in achieving their personal health goals for over half of a decade. She is immensely proud of her partnership with Herbalife, which has been the number 1 nutrition company for over 40 years! 
 
Stephanie’s Offerings
Health Coaching services:

1st appointment- Consultation, Wellness evaluations and a 3-day trial of the Herbalife nutrition plan-$20 / half hour session
 
2nd appointment- Meal planning, coaching, building your individual wellness plan and VIP membership-$35/ one-hour session
 
Additional coaching $ 50/ one-hour sessions
 
Stephanie is certified Usui Holy fire III advanced Reiki practitioner. If you have never experienced Reiki, it is both powerful and gentle. Rooted in Japan it is an ancient form of relaxation and stress reduction, that promotes healing and a sense of well-being. 
 
Reiki has been known to aid in the healing of virtually every known illness and injury.  During a session one feels as if they are enveloped in a sensation of relaxing gentle radiance.  The body seems to glow with vitality.
 
Reiki has many benefits for both client and practitioner including, the balancing of chakras, spiritual healing and consciousness, bringing a loving feeling of a healthier well-being.
 
For your session please come in dressed comfortably (as you will be fully clothed during your experience) and be well hydrated.  During your time together, she will help you tune in, relax, and draw upon that beautiful healing energy to facilitate emotional, mental and physical healing.  
 
Your initial Reiki appointment will be-1.5 hrs. You will receive a consultation followed by your Reiki healing: $75 
 
Follow-up Reiki sessions: $60 per session
 
Package of 3 sessions: $130 (this package best serves you if you appointments are no greater than 3 weeks apart)
 
Combined services of Reiki and Herbalife have a $10 reduction with the bonus of a Herbalife product to fit your needs.
